-What is your return policy?
All items to be returned must be in our shop within 14 business days upon receipt of the order. Any order received after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, the customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping back. All items may be returned for Store Credit Only! We do not issue refunds. We do not cover shipping costs, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
-My item was damaged! What do I do?
Contact us immediately if you have received a damaged item. You have 4 business days to contact us about damaged items. Please do not send the item back until it is approved. Email us at thesecretkitchen115@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item as well as your invoice.
-I saw an item on social media (Facebook, Instagram,Snapchat) but I don’t see it on your website!
Due to the nature of some of our items and shipping rates, we do not have every item on our website. If you saw an item you would like to purchase on one of our social media pages but need it shipped please contact us directly.
